This is the other townhouse, 23 Drumalbyn Rd, one of the “granny flats” if you like to the grand Dino Burattini-designed residence, that has a $7m price guide via Brad Pillinger of Pillinger of Pillinger and Bill Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf.

The purchaser of both the trophy home and the other townhouse was Stephen Dash, the 39-year-old founder of finance tech startup Credible, who’d reportedly landed in Silicon Valley in September 2012 with one suitcase and one contact.

The Breuers had bought No. 23 for $365,000 in 1998, records show, with it renting out for many years, most recently for $2,100 a week in 2020.
The two-storey residence on a 588sqm block has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a double garage and space for two more cars.
Completely hidden from the street, it offers sensational north-easterly harbour views.
The open-plan living areas with parquetry floors are full of natural light, opening to a terrace and a private, east-facing garden.
There’s a granite kitchen with a breakfast bar; three upper terraces; and the master suite comes with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
